Registration for Fall 2008 TOPSoccer Players is now open.  Apply online or Check back for on site times and dates

Bring the last 4 digits of the Athletes Social Security Number and medical information. 

Registration forms, Medical Release forms, *Athlete Medical Clearance forms, and Photo Release forms all can be downloaded to fill out in advance.  Registration fee is based on a sliding scale minimum of $10 to a maximum of $35 per season.  Forms and fee need to be submitted at registration or can be mailed to the address at the bottom of the form.
