EAS (Elizabethtown Adult Soccer) has formed an Adult Soccer League, ages 16 and older.  Register now to be placed on a team.  The form below is not an actual registration form but a request to get the registration packet.  The fee to register will be $55 which will pay for your state covered player insurance, T-shirt, ref fees and membership.  Please fill out the form below and hit submit.
