EYSA Relies on  volunteers to help this organization run efficiently.  EYSA Board is made up of volunteers dedicated to keeping the game of soccer safe and fun for your children while allowing them the opportunity to learn and develop healthy minds, bodies and competitive skills.  It is required that each family volunteers up to  2 hours a season in any of the following areas:

Coach

Asst. Coach

Team Mom/Dad

Concessions

Field Work (clean up, field striping, maintenance, etc)

Board Member

Tournament/Fest helper

TOPSoccer Buddy

TOPSoccer Round Robin Festival

Please let us know where you can provide your time and energy to help keep this organization one of the best in the state of Kentucky.

A  $20 volunteer deposit will be due at the time of registration.  Once you have worked  your volunteer hours your $20 deposit will be refunded to you.  If you are never scheduled for volunteer work during the entire season you will be refunded your deposit in June, 2010. 

Everyone will pay the $20 volunteer deposit, refunds will be as follows:

Coaches & Asst. Coaches:  First week of practice

Team Mom:  At the end of the soccer season

Board Members:  Sept 2010

Concessions, Fields and other volunteers:  will be returned to you with in a reasonable time frame, it will be less than a month.
